Discount Schedule:
Trade discounts are available for bookstores and retailers when purchasing
5 or more total units per order. The STOP discount is applied to orders
of 4 units or less including review copy requests. Other discounts
are available for libraries. Please contact Corner House at
sales@cornerhousebooks.com
for discount schedules. Individual retail customers may purchase titles
through local or national retailers or through htaus@cisbec.net

II.

Single Title Order Plan: Orders of 1 - 4 units are considered
S.T.O.P. orders. Single unit orders must be prepaid with a 20% discount
applied to the order. Please include shipping costs as noted for individuals
under SHIPPING below.

Examination Copies: For booksellers and other retailers,
single copies are available for review at a 20% discount off the retail
price. Please include shipping costs per SHIPPING below.

IV.
|
Payment: Net 30 days from the date of invoice if you
have an approved open account number on file with us. For non-account,
S.T.O.P., foreign accounts and up to 4 unit purchases, prepayment must
accompany your order with shipping costs included. All payments must be
drawn on a US bank or bank account in US dollars payable through the Federal
Reserve System. Net 30 accounts which are overdue will be assessed a 2%
handling charge on the unpaid balance. Accounts which are 60 days overdue
will have their open account status and privileges suspended. Suspensions
will stay in effect for 6 months minimum. Orders placed during the suspension
must be prepaid. |

Ordering: Net 30 account holders may fax, phone or mail
orders. We must receive payment before shipment on orders from new or non-account
holders, S.T.O.P., foreign and less than 5 unit orders. Please include
shipping costs as noted under SHIPPING below for orders requiring prepayment. |

Shipping: Shipping costs for Net
30 account orders will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipping will
be UPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. S.T.O.P. orders are
normally shipped USPS. Other prepaid orders, except foreign, USPS FC shipping
costs to be included with prepayment are $4.75 for the first book, $1.00
each for each additional; USPS MM $2.75 first, $1.00 each additional. If your wish your STOP order
to go UPS, $4.75 first unit plus $1.25 each
additional.

VII.
|
New Account: New accounts can be opened most easily by
including a copy of your State Sales & Use Tax Permit, your bank account,
address and phone number, along with prepayment of the initial order. Your
account number will be noted on the invoice and should be included on all
subsequent orders.

VIII.
|
Returns: Authorization for returns is required. You need
to provide a copy of the Corner House invoice or invoice number relating
to the books identified for return. Books may not be returned in less than
8 months nor more than 12 months nor 60 days after a title is declared
out of print. Credit for the books will be applied to your next order.
Returns must be in 100% saleable condition. No credit will be allowed for
returned books which are damaged, shelf worn, have the shrink wrapping
removed or are otherwise in unsalable condition. Return shipping costs
paid by the customer.

ISBN: The ISBN appears at the end of each title listing.
The Corner House books prefix is 0-87928-. Please use the ISBN, abbreviated
title and authors' last name when ordering.
